Went here when I was feeling a bit down on a warm summers day. Heard some delightful jazz music and that’s when I decided to walk in to enjoy the free live jazz. It reminded me of my days when I used to frequent the jazz clubs in midtown back in the 50’s. I was a bit fumbled when I was asked what I wanted to drink so I decided to go with the summer classic. Seltzer water with a splash of lemon a wedge of a lime and a dash of orange bitters. I decided to give the bar a bit of a wander and stumbled across the backyard and wow! Such an amazing space. I highly recommended this place for a visit.

I went there with a bass player friend on a Sunday where they have had a jazz jam for over ten years. Had a delicious cocktail called Joshua Tree. The barman was efficient and friendly. The stage was set up and the person who was curating the jam did a great job. Any jazz musician visiting New York would love going there on a Sunday evening from 7 to 10pm.
