I ordered two scoops of ice cream in one cup. That should be simple enough right? The lady proceeds to give me two scoops, but she gives me one full scoop and a small scoop. I asked her why did you give me two scoops of the same size and she looks at me like I’m dumb and says I gave you two scoops. Mind you I was charged for the two full scoops, but she refused to do.
I would never go back there again.

The ice cream was old, it had a lot of ice in it. There were only select flavors. The place did not have a sense of cleaniness. When I ate all of the ice cream, my stomach started hurting and I was in the bathroom (TMI) several times. You may ask, why did I purchase the ice cream? Well I had a craving for some good Baskin Robbins and I went and said to myself, give it a try. Please fix this issue.

Came in at 8:55, the smaller brown lady told me to get out Bc they were closed WHILE SHE WAS RINGING SOMEONE ELSE OUT. If it says you close at 9, close at 9

Horrible customer service in the store, no one answers the phone when calling, etc. If you do not enjoy what you do, please do not take it out on the customers. Get it together.

The store was OUT of many flavorsThe display case had empty containers.Staff didn't seem very friendly
We only came for a glass of love potion, they only have it for a limited time, and we were lucky to have been looking for it since February, which is when it comes out.The service was more or less fast, but not friendly, they probably already wanted to leave, they were serving as fast as they could, the place looked clean, and they kept cleaning.Precious $$$ for the ice cream portion.

I've been a loyal Baskin robbins customer for over 25 years. This particular location always run out of items for their sundaes. No bananas. No almonds. And I love almonds on my ice cream. And when did they change the Banana Royal cup. Its so tiny now. Nothing can fit. Less ice cream. Higher prices.
