The service here was very nice and the staff was very respectful. The reason why I am giving them such a low score is because of the ice cream. Half of the ice creams have no tag or wrong tags. I just ordered a triple scoop along with some other items. I thought I was getting mint chocolate, gold ribbon, and cookies and cream ice cream which I've had in other stores no problem. However, when I went to eat what I thought was the gold ribbon ice cream my mouth got filled with the taste of peanut butter. I have never been formally diagnosed with having a peanut allergy but the taste and smell makes me feel nauseous and my tongue slightly tingly and or numb. If I was someone with a peanut allergy I would be in a lot of trouble due to unknowingly eating something that contains peanuts. I had to dispose the whole thing since even the other layers of flavors had tasted of this. In the end I am left feeling like I wasted my time and money and thankful that I don't have a nut allergy because then I would have wasted more time and money on a hospital trip. Please fix this issue.

The staff are rude and they will talk bad about you and what you order. I ordered a frozen coffee and they gave me a nasty colored coffee with zero sugar. I would not recommend this place at all.

Walked in at 9:30 p.m., was told they close at 9:30 p.m. and was asked to leave. Either Google lied about this establishment being open until 10 p.m. or you got an employee closing up early.

How are u closed and I just purchased a cake from you guys!Today I purchased a cake for my daycare class only to bring it to work and be disappointed. The cake did not look like the pictures advertised what's so ever. The cake looked more like a helmet than a turkey. My kids were very disappointed, this cake was for our thanksgiving party. The cake was meant to be the highlight of the party and ended up being the disappointment. My kids and I are very upset about this. I Googled turkey cakes from Baskin Robbins and it looked nothing like this. I would this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. Attached below is what my cake looks like and what it was suppose to look like.
