The staff are rude and they will talk bad about you and what you order. I ordered a frozen coffee and they gave me a nasty colored coffee with zero sugar. I would not recommend this place at all.

Walked in at 9:30 p.m., was told they close at 9:30 p.m. and was asked to leave. Either Google lied about this establishment being open until 10 p.m. or you got an employee closing up early.

this is being written on customer service only. I'm not sure who the owner is, but he should consider that the people he hires represents HIM! I have placed a couple of orders through DoorDash and each time I got the wrong items. This is even though a phone call was make ahead of time to confirm that they had the items in stock. I love Baskin Robbins Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. when I received something other what I ordered and called they attempted to tell me that the Door Dash driver was responsible, that he pulled the order. I just phoned to check and confirm that they have my favorite ice cream in stock (in the prepacked quart containers) and I was told that they did, and then she proceeded to hang up on me. If this is what the owner pays his employees to do then he needs to look around for those people who enjoy dealing with the public and really wants a job in his store.

How are u closed and I just purchased a cake from you guys!Today I purchased a cake for my daycare class only to bring it to work and be disappointed. The cake did not look like the pictures advertised what's so ever. The cake looked more like a helmet than a turkey. My kids were very disappointed, this cake was for our thanksgiving party. The cake was meant to be the highlight of the party and ended up being the disappointment. My kids and I are very upset about this. I Googled turkey cakes from Baskin Robbins and it looked nothing like this. I would this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. Attached below is what my cake looks like and what it was suppose to look like.
