Whatever you do, don’t order ice cream at this dunkin/baskin. Waited almost 2 hours and 6 delivery drivers to finally cancel. The store lacks any communication whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and get a delivery from a deli or 7/11 before attempting this dump.

Confused on why they couldn't sell me ice-cream when it was right there. Didn't think it was a time limit, when store is still open. Should have a sign, was waiting in line for 20mins.

This is a combination Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts at the 2630 86th Street Brooklyn location. I was looking for Rocky Road or Chocolate with Peanut Butter. I could not locate the flavors. The cashier told that they only have some flavors that are in the display case. I thought the best thing about Baskin-Robbins is the variety of flavors. I proceeded to check the ice cream cake display case. Most of the cakes are over $40! I opened the display case door and a loud siren went off. Very annoying and embarrassing. The customer service could improve with a hello and maybe thank you.

Fair warning: DO NOT order ANY delivery using ANY delivery service from this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins around 12a.m. or later. Period. They will very likely be sold out of what you want, they won't help cancel the order for you, & you'll be screwed out of your money, due to the delivery company's dumb as rocks policy. Just walk in there, see what's available, then do it. At times however, the lack of friendly atmosphere in this place leaves much to be desired.

I recently visited Baskin Robbins at 2630 86th street to purchase two tubes of ice cream, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I received the ice cream, it was melted and not in the same condition as it should be. I had to trashes the two tubes of ice cream. I would not recommend this particular Baskin Robins location to anyone who is looking for quality ice cream. It’s a shame that such a well known brand cannot even ensure the quality of their products.
