I always have a positive DD & Baskin Robbins experience when I go here....except when the ice cream I need for my drink is finished and there are no more in stock in the freezer.

I asked for the oreo shake, no oreo shake. I asked for the banana sundae, no bananas. Luckily, they had vanilla. If it's on their menu, then they should always have it in stock. Service needs improvement as well.
Young kid (H.S. age) made a slight mistake on my order and the manager went crazy on him in front of me and belittled the young kid.. I felt terrible! Sorry kiddo.. Some people are just miserable

All the ice cream was mislabeled, the frozen yogurt machine was broken and then when I ask for sprinkle I got almost none
