They were closed before 7pm

Now I have always had a problem with this place; they still makeup prices and say that it's a new policy that was taken into effect. Today trying to give them the benefit of the doubt I went to order the beyond beef sandwich, I asked that they remove the bun and add an extra egg patty. She then explained that she had to charge me separately and can't just substitute both buns for an egg. Asking how much that would cost, she then stated the beyond beef patty is $5 and with the extra egg will bring the total to $6 and some change, not agreeing with what she is saying she says it's a new policy. I call another Dunkin' Donuts, and they gave me the price that I am used to paying. After leaving with my first order, I realize that they messed up and added cheese when the receipt says no cheese. At this point, I want my money back. I paid $5 in cash and $2.60 on a card as she is giving me my refund she tells me to insert my card, I ask for the $5 cash. She tells me that she can not do that because she has already issued a refund. She then begins to go back and forth with me, telling me the only option I have is putting the money on my card because she has already completed the refund and can not go back. I nicely canceled the refund from the card swipe. She then, with an attitude, opens the drawer and gives me a refund as she is talking about me to her co-worker in another language. I have worked in retail before and never treated a customer like this. If this is what Dunkin' Donuts stand for, I will no longer be a customer and will assure that my experience is heard by everyone I encounter. At times adjustments are needed to meals to accommodate everyone's lifestyle, but when that is not taken into consideration and as a customer, you are taken advantage of that is now a problem in my eyes. I have recommended Dunkin' Donuts planet base sandwich to my vegan community on all platforms, and this is the experience I receive.

Sunday morning at 9 am and THREE variety of donuts to choose from. All of the baskets empty. HUGE sign advertising pumpkin flavored coffees, lattes, and cappuccinos and was told "no pumpkin." Might want to take the sign down. The three tables in the place were covered in goop and trash. There were no napkins to be found anywhere. This place needs help.

The employees at 322 Livingston Street, Brooklyn NY 11217 location are a disgrace. I received an email from Baskin Robbins which included a coupon for a buy one scoop of ice cream get one free. I attempted to use the coupon at this location only to have an employee tell me that the coupon was used. When I told them that it wasn't possible as I only received it that morning, they said that it was buy one get one half off. I showed them the coupon which read buy one get one free, only to have the supposed manager of this location tell me that one scoop of ice cream at this location costs $9.00. If Baskin Robbins is going to send promotions to loyal customers, they should make sure that their employees will actually honor those promotions instead of giving customers the runaround.
