Unfriendly staff. Ordered a large milkshake and it tastes watered down with bits of ice in it. Is ice cream shake that's worth $12 really supoose to have crushed ice in it .?

I frequent this DD/BR and half of the time the drinks are decent. The staff is a little slow so I would expect a wait. When ordering ahead, make sure to check your order, they never know to pack the donuts until you ask.We went for the BR 5/31 deal which was 31% off your purchase. Never in my life of ordering ice cream have I been charged for the cup. There was nowhere on the menu where the cup was said to be an extra charge. What am I supposed to do? Bring my own cup next time? Carry it with my hand? Just include the cup in the freaking price, it's like charging for the container when ordering carry out.For a place that advertises 31 flavors, you can expect around 10 if you visit them on a good day.

I came here super late one night, needed a cake for my bestfriends birthday that I was hunting down at 4 different locations. This place had one left! The only gentleman working went above and beyond for me, regardless of how busy the drive through got. Thank you so much!!!! Will be coming back here

Very slow and unprofessional service. Doesn't have any of the original flavors for Baskin Robbins. The staff were not very courteous. Had "thuggish" dialect. Order was incorrect. Worst experience of my life. Took 40 min to receive food and was still frozen.
Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and banana split. Says okay proceeds to give banana split with no banana and strawberry smoothie because they have no bananas.
