the people at this location keeps saying machines broken. Stop waiting for customers to walk in with expectations you cannot deliver. Do better

Yesterday came here and the counter girl was on the phone as she was taking my order. Didn't apologize or hang up.. so rude and today they put a whole ice tray in the cup, couldn't put the lid on

Came in around 8 hoping to get a milkshake. The person who was on the clock was cleaning and didn't even give us an acknowledgement to let us know he was coming to us until a cop came in than he made moves to come behind the counter. When he arrived he didnt greet us (I've worked in DD before so Im aware it can be tiring but not for you to be rude about it.) Anywho, my friend and I wanted a milkshake and asked for two, he told me he wasnt making milkshakes at that time. Uuuuuhm what? Okay so can I get a hibiscus tea but in ice cold water. He looked at me as if I spoke another language. Wont come here again.

Can I please give it a negative star? So ridiculous. Came in with a smile and a good morning and got back a stare and frown with a grand finish of eye rolling. Went to choose and ice cream cake and asked them to write Happy Birthday (name) anyway got the cake - didn't check the writing until I got home(BIG MISTAKE). Did my 10 month old write on this cake!?!? What the hell is this? Horrible customer service - horrible manners- 1st grade drop out. I don't mean to sound so mean and rude, but it seriously ticked me off. Don't go here.

I don't know how hard it can be to make an iced coffee, but after many visits to this branch I'm convinced it must be more challenging than I thought. If you like iced coffee that tastes like a chemical plant exploded, this place is a best bet. I'm done with them.

Avoid this location ! the customer service is absolutely mediocre . Very rude manager refused to make me a milkshake because I requested it to be easy on the milk. I purchased a donut and wanted a milkshake the man asked me what size and as soon as I asked for it to have less milk he all of a sudden couldn't make it for me and wouldn't allow the only other employee in the store that night to make me one.

I come here at least once a week and tonight I came with my sister, who is visiting from out of town. The man who rang up our order (2 single scoop cones, 1 scoop in a bowl) and I went over the specifics several times and then he charged my sister for one scoop. When we got to the ice cream counter and realized his mistake, he told me I ordered wrong. My sister asked if we could just get a refund which he refused to do. He said he would give us the one scoop and that's it. I told him I was a regular customer and asked if there was anyone I could talk to who could help us. At that point another man came out who said he could help, and after I explained the mixup he then asked why we didn't just get back in line and order two more cones. At this point my sister was pretty upset because it was our last night during her visit and she just wanted to buy her niece an ice cream cone and these two men were treating us like we were insane for bringing up the one's mistake. I asked why we couldn't just get a refund so we could leave and be done with it and the second man who came out said that only a manager could do that as she wouldn't be there until 6am. I am so frustrated that I have spent so much money and had so many enjoyable experiences at this, my local Dunkin Donuts and when I brought my sister here this was our experience. It feels like a big middle finger to a long time customer.
The bathroom here looked apocalyptic. Toilet was overflowed with toilet paper, more TP in the sink. How can you run a business in these conditions? STAY AWAY!

This DD is full of the most rude employees. I have never been to place where literally all the employees are rude and not only are they rude I find myself having to repeat myself several times before my order is correct. During the morning hours a lot of kids go to this location because of the schools near by and the ladies that work here speak to a lot of them rudely for no reason. I've witnessed this happen more than once, which is why I don't allow my daughter to go there unless she's with me. Word of advise if you don't have patience especially during the morning stay away ride the train one Stop over to Smith 9th street, drive a few blocks or walk to the one on Hamilton ave.
