Disgusting service. I went with my family to order ice cream, and the guy did not use gloves which caused him to touch the inner side of my cup lid multiple times. His fingers smeared the ice cream on my lid which I found to be nasty because that same lid touched my ice cream. He also touched part of the ice cream as he scooped from the container. All in all it was unsanitary. They also don’t listen well to your orders, and are stingy with the sprinkles.

Busy place. Waited in line for about 30 minutes. Line moved fast. It was worth the wait. I got a kiddie cone of pumpkin ice cream. Delicious!!!

Ordered the custom cake online 48 hours upfront. Cake was not ready for pick up time! They said that they don’t have this specific ice cream flavor and the Pokemon toy. They were trying to tell me that they called me and nobody replied, but I didn’t have any calls. They had my email on the order and transaction. It was not canceled, no emails. So we took the cake they had in the fridge and available toy. It was for my son’s birthday at school. He had sensory issues and he might have a crazy meltdown in case of wrong cake and toy. Thanks got he didn’t. Please, avoid this place for ordering custom cakes!

I don't think she cared much, because it's not her store...I blame the manager for that type of behavior.
