I was disappointed about the cake we purchased. I asked for them to write : Happy Birthday (+ the birthday boys name). The guy took the cake in the back and took some time writing on the cake. All to come back with “H B” on the cake and it was sloppy too. Check out the video and you tell me is this acceptable for your cake? Plus He said the color will be red - not Pink. I spoke to him about it. I told him I was not happy and he didn’t care at all. SMH!… I’m not going back.

Great customer service, happy with the amount of ice cream they give. Clean and well tidy, there’s this guy prolly in his late 19 Indian/Bengali very nice, and well behavedExtremely polite, and pays attention to what you want. The scoops are always scoop full, fantastic. Should give him a raise or something .
