I placed an UberEats order today (Father's Day) for just 3 milkshakes to be delivered from this Baskin Robbins. The first order was botched by the Uber delivery person when he delivered another customer's order to me. (To the person who ordered the bagel and avocado toast I hope you enjoyed our dessert.) So, I placed a 2nd order (same items, same store). After well over an hour and 4 different Uber workers showing up to the store, the 4th driver assigned to my order finally called to say there is a problem. Because the driver and I were having a language/communication issue, he sent me a text saying "Call the store". I called the store 4 times and no one answered. After the 5th attempt, someone picked up and immediately hung up on me. When I called back, there was a busy signal so it was clear someone had taken the phone off the hook. I wait 5 minutes and attempt another call. Suddenly a very rude worker picks up and yells HELLO. FYI, this is NOT your personal cell phone Sunshine. You are at WORK. Learn how to act accordingly!Ignoring her attitude, I explain how the Uber worker told me to call. This nasty girl starts yelling about how she told the Uber worker that she was closing and was not going to make any milkshakes. She then goes on to say she's on her way out the door and that they are already closed. This was around 7:45. The store hours list 9pm as the closing time which is why Uber let the order go through at 6:45 in the first place. I don't know if this worker was overwhelmed, having a bad day or what but her attitude was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I had 3 dads over and they all were in the mood for milkshakes. Thanks Baskin Robbins (and UberEats) for ruining the day!

I'm a regular at baskin Robbins but my last experience at this particular branch left me beyond baffled. As I walked in with my young infant in hand I happily opened the door to let one of the fellow employees who was taking garbage out, but to my surprise there was one young man who I've met before at this location. As I entered there was no hello or welcoming gesture by this employee, he just walked behind the counter I asked for one of the large containers that of icecream he said we don't have that size meanwhile I'm looking at the tubs behind the counter ,I said let me have both pralines n cream mixed with rocky road , okay I said can I sample one of the new flavors of the month to my surprise he said he does know which one it is . Okay I came home and opened my icecream to notice it was partially packed .
