They didn't give me my scoop of ice cream for ice cream day even though they were giving it out to everyone else and even denied when I told them. Then when I got a large milk shake barely put any ice cream in it cause they were running out cause of... you guessed it... Ice cream day. -_-

Horrible Experience. Do not spend your money here. The manager yelled at me and made a seen claiming Baskin-Robbins doesn't offer anything free. I had a coupon on the app with a barcode for a free ice cream and he claimed he didn't know anything and just kept shouting "nothing free at baskin-robins." He told me to call the company but it was a weekend and the company only answers calls during the week. After the code scanned through they said it didn't come up on there system but on my app the code was gone! That means they lied and used up my code and blamed me and said something was wrong with my phone. Eventually they gave me the free ice cream with a scowl on there face. Good to know this is how they treat there customers because I won't be coming back.
Horrible...Manger is disrespectful. I purchased a mug. I was in rush so I didn't check it was broken. When I saw it I immediately came to return it. But manager accused me for lying, he was keep taunting me for that. He denied to refund. I didn't took anything anything else I even didn't get my money back. I was speechless with their customer service and I just left. Management need to work on this store customer service and need to talk with managers.
