Called to ask if they have Polar Pizza. They said yes. When I asked what flavor it was, they told me they didn’t know. I had to guide them step by step just to figure out what color crust they had, and we finally realized it was only brownie. Then I asked if they had different ice cream flavors or toppings, and the employee responded rudely, saying, “I already told you we have brownie,” and then hung up on me.
I understand how difficult it can be to speak English I’m an immigrant myself but there was no effort to help at all. Hanging up on a customer instead of trying to clarify is unacceptable. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will never come here.

What do you need for make a banana split??? Banana right!! And they have bunch of bananas over there in the picture some how i went two times and they don’t have banana split why man why ? Is it difficult to make ?! Then don’t put on the menu at least hide the dam banana so i don’t see tell me one reason to say you don’t have or dont make it Inside outside pieces of paper,plastics no cleaning the tables why because baskin robbins ia not part of Dunkin ?

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Worst experience ever. I ordered a cake in 3 separate occasions for my sons birthday and each time they said they got the order but never gave me a confirmation number. The day comes to pick it up only to realize they didn’t take my order at all. Nobody had any clue about anything. Terrible management on this site and even worst employees. Completely incompetents

Ice cream is a beautiful thing, and it isn't done more beautifully than Baskin-Robbins! Every flavor they have is delicious. They are the only place where I have waited for 45 minutes and been completely okay with it, because I loved what was delivered after the wait. Also, there are times you can go and not have to wait too long. If you are ever in downtown NY very late on a week night, that's your best shot to get Baskin-Robbins! Either way, Leopold's is worth it, and they also have online ordering!
