Very disappointed with my experience at this Baskin Robbins. I placed an online order, selected specific ice cream flavors, and paid in advance — only to arrive and be handed completely different products.
No one called me to notify me that the items I ordered weren’t available. There was no option to cancel, change the order, or transfer it to another store. I was left with no choice but to take ice cream I didn’t want — and now it just sits untouched in my freezer.
This feels like paying for a specific item and getting a surprise bag instead. Not okay. Even if the amount isn’t huge, it’s money I wouldn’t have spent on something I won’t eat.
⚠️ Poor inventory syncing, no communication, and no real solution offered. I expected more from a national brand like Baskin Robbins.

Ice cream is great the prices are to high for me 5 dollars for one scoop of ice cream is kinda ridiculous I can go to key food and get a gallon for that price plus buy a box of cones they need to lower the price on this ice cream cause they will be losing it of customers including me
