Ice cream is great the prices are to high for me 5 dollars for one scoop of ice cream is kinda ridiculous I can go to key food and get a gallon for that price plus buy a box of cones they need to lower the price on this ice cream cause they will be losing it of customers including me

Went there last night in attempt to purchase ice cream at around 10:45 PM while my fiancee was waiting right outside the double doors with my dog. I went straight to the counter and made eye contact with the one guy working behind the counter there, but he walked away and proceeded to do other stuff. I thought he was going to get back to me after he was done with doing what he was doing but after about a minute or so, he walked out of the counter to lock the double doors, while my fiancee was standing right outside and while I was still inside! We both looked at each other like "wtf." The guy proceeded to do other s*** while completely ignoring me so I tried to leave but the door was really locked and I couldn't leave. I called out to the guy this time and said "hey buddy if you're not going to take my order can you let me out?" As he came out to unlocked the door I was saying to him "like are you serious? You don't see me standing there waiting for you to take my order? Why the hell did you lock me in?" His reply was "I didn't know why you were there." Like f****** seriously?? So the answer is to lock me in?! It did not occur to you I was a customer standing right in front of the cash register waiting for you to take my order? On top of being clueless, you locked the doors while I, a customer, was still there?! What kind of d*** a** does that?! I know they close at 11 but it was around 10:45PM. There was ZERO reason anyway to ignore a customer and then attempt to lock him in the store. So I left without any ice cream. Weird as hell!

Going to this Dunkin' Donuts almost always leads to disappointment. Long waits even during off hours, drinks being made wrong, poorly stocked products (how do you not have milk!?), and machines are "broken" for days at a time. Total inconvenience and incompetence here. Get it together!

Lovely staff and spacious whenever i came here. Did not have any problems. Wait is short during the afternoon. Customers are very chill in this neighborhood and aren't afraid to talk to you.
