I went there this morning and asked for a tomato pesto grilled cheese on a croissant and asked to have an egg added to it. Once I checked it, I noticed it wasn’t on a croissant, it had bacon (I don’t eat meat), and had no egg in it. Since my office was only a 10 minute walk, I did t mind going back and asking for a new one - aside from the simple fact that’s not what paid for. Isiah, the manager I assume, was extremely kind and understanding about the issue, he was great. Once he brought the concern up to the lady preparing the food, she got an attitude right away, putting her finger up at him as if to incinerate she was in the weeds and was uninterested in the constructive criticism (there was only me and one other person in the store). She quickly prepared a new one, tossed it as is in a bag, and hands me a barely-toasted croissant with unmelted cheese. Regardless of her unnecessary attitude, I ask kindly ask her if she could melt the cheese at least. Might I add, Isiah was mediating all of this and his kind attitude was what rubbed off in me to continue being patient with her. But once I asked for the cheese melted, she once again got annoyed and rolled her eyes. Isiah at that point took over and finished up the sand which for me but by then, the croissant was like rubber, toasted and tough to bite through, totally not enjoyable. However, I was not going to try again with that lady and get more attitude from her. I didn’t catch her name but I was extremely disappointed and I am grateful for Isaiah’s contagious energy that kept me smiling through it. She should learn from that and take constructive criticism a bit better.

I went to Baskin Robbins on Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, to get ice cream for my birthday and to my surprise the gentleman said they only had chocolate, vanilla and strawberry (in the pre-packed) and for my free scoop only what was there... and there was not much. They didn't have my favorite flavor of Jamocha Almond Fudge, nor my boyfriend's of Butter Pecan. To my surprise BR 31 flavors hardly had any flavors...very disappointing. This location although busy for Dunkin Donuts; mostly coffee but it's very lacking and not a good location for ice cream. Happy Birthday to me...

Pretty good service and they have all u would expect them to have ?
It's not that good. Mediocre. Icecream is pretty expensive and lack flavor. Better than anything on the actual dunkin donuts menu tho. Employees are rude.

The food is at the right standard at any other Baskin-Robins/Dunkin Donuts but the staff is a little flippant and slow.
