Wish I could rate less than one star, customer service needs huge overhaul, lackluster & indifferent. Ive come here before & I guess they still haven't gotten around to cleaning it. I only returned because they seem to be the only location that has the flavor ice cream I like. They didn't have it & since I traveled so far I attempted to purchase something so trip wouldn't be wasted. Employee suggested itry vanilla, i asked if I could sample it as all vanilla's don't taste the same. She said we don't let people try& walked away. If that's the policy so be it but I've been to many Baskin & Robbins & they offer you a sample without you even asking, in fact there are a bunch of tiny spoons just for that. Her walking away was rude- BTY- there were no other customers there so it's not like I was holding anyone waiting. Needless to say I'll never frequent this location again & will make it my business to let anyone I know to take their business elsewhere. I know these days politeness & courtesy is a thing of the past but knowing that doesn't make it acceptable.

One of my fav locations because it has dunkin doughnuts. My order always comes out perfect but it is a wait. There is only 1-2ppl working there. Sometimes not at the same time. But they do the best, polite and answer your questions.

Went in for ice cream at 9pm and the ice cream was put away. I don't why they are scheduled till 11pm for.

The lady spelled the name wrong even though I wrote it down for her. She put it in the bag. I didn't see it until I got home. Lesson learned. Make sure you check!
