Horrible. The fridge/ freezer has been out of service for 2 months. Barely any ice cream available. The servers are lazy. This baskin robbins should be shut down.

I ordered old fashioned butter pecan ice cream and they gave me some nasty weird flavor with cookie dough chunks mixed with chocolate chips instead. I don’t understand how they can make a mistake like that. Whoever was working the late shift must’ve been lazy and careless.

Hello. I first asked for a one scoop of strawberry ice cream on a sugar cone and he went straight for the sherbet. After we said, “No, no, no the strawberry please!” He proceeded to give me a ginormous scoop of strawberry ice cream. We then asked for a sample of mango ice cream and he said, “We dont give out samples anymore, but for you, no problem.” He then handed us a sample of blueberry ice cream. Afterwards, we decided to order some glazed munchkins, I wanted to order two, but he gave us 3. Then he saw we were confused and gave us 4.

They said they didn't have cherries, but didn't put my topping either! Just got 3 tiny scoops ice cream and a squirt of whip cream, for almost $9!!! Girl got tip for service of course. So mad! Will call bank, since store doesn't pick up my calls.

Stopped by for coffee, they had no hot coffee only ice coffee. Small place but the guy was really cool and friendly. Had an ice coffee with an espresso shot. Made as I ordered.

Worst outlet out there... staff at night especially a thin little woman is rude and always in hurry.... they don’t have sundae or know how to make speciality items..... they freeze and floats in worst form ever.....
