On September 14, 2024, I placed an order online for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store located at 1993 Atlantic Avenue, the employee stated that they never received the order. Despite receiving an order confirmation and my credit card being charged, I never received the order and the store refused to refund me. Order 2799002.

I ordered through this location on Uber eats. After my order was made, the courier called me and handed the phone to a staff member who told me that not only did they not have the ice cream flavor I requested, they only had 4 flavors available to choose from, in direct contrast to the multitude of flavors available through the ordering platform. When I inquired about this , the staff member rudely informed me that they could not help me and would not cancel the order on their end. This was incredibly disappointing. I normally love Baskin Robbins but I will never patronize this particular location again.

The service was extremely slow. The espresso machine was being cleaned so it was not in service during business hours. The older gentlemen working there was good. He's the only reason I gave one star. The younger guy seems clueless and spends more time socializing with people he knows then providing service. This place needs more than 2 people on staff at one time or more than 1 competent person.
