Ordered 3 ham egg and cheese on hero and got charged $37.... Called to ask for the price after I left and they said $11 each! I am going back to get my money back and won't be returning. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, CHECK THEIR MATH BEFORE YOU PAY.

This place has decent food however the service is horrible and they make up their own prices on the spot. They messed up my order and then tried to justify it by telling me they charged me less than I should've been charged and never apologized for messing up my order. I will never spend money here again. There's plenty of bagel shops in the area who have better food and service.

Believe me!!! I'm a Brooklynite myself, I've lived here for 50 years. An officer's daughter. Just believe me, not everything is so simple here... No one in this establishment wants to prepare imperial salads for me!!! No herring under a fur coat, no crab salad. There's not even Olivier!

Unless u r fromal a certain area DO NOT go there. Waited for 15 minutes while they were preparing an order, took anl coffee order and started preparing a phone order, the last 2 definitely came after me
