Came here for a late lunch along with my infant son. Left impressed with the food and the value of their lunch portions. The salt and pepper pork and fish casserole dish were my favorites here. The staff were accommodating and took time from their own lunch break to serve us. The only downside is that this place is quite far from where I live.
I moved away from NY but I still crave the salt and pepper soft-shelled crab every so often. So blessed to come back and have it again today. Nice big portions and the crab and "saltwater" chicken were very fresh. The congee also surprised us because it was huge! Lots of pork and century egg.100% recommended.
20230115::first time here ordering my fav whaat daan ngow yuk faan. or beef in egg swirl. $8 damm. i was hoping it was good but it was salty, 1/3 of the container and rest was rice and not too much beef. i wouldnt be upset if it was $5.50. the roast pork was very crispy so that was a balance
