Baya Bar - Acai & Smoothie Shop

I visited Baya Bar recently and had a great experience. I ordered a protein shake, and Dipsy was exceptionally helpful and friendly—she assisted me in signing up and made the process very easy. Additionally, the manager took the time to walk me through the protein-to-kcal ratio, which I really appreciated. Overall, excellent service and a knowledgeable team!

I loved this baya bar location! The workers were super nice and quick especially the cashier that took me (zehong cai)! The strawberry banana smoothie recommendation by him was exceptional! Definitely go there for a comfortable and quick service with good recommendations and food! Great on a summer day!

Açaí bowl with no açaí
This was my 2nd time trying Baya Bar. The first time i went was great and I got a $3 off discount for my 2nd visit. I tried to call in my order ahead of time as I was just leaving work and on a time crunch. No answer. I got there and the worker didn't know anything about $3 off even though it's advertised on the kiosk. Anyways my açaí bowl barely had any açaí. I mentioned it to the worker initially and they said they'd make it over. I think they just added more fruit on top cause all I had was a fruit bowl 🫠
Also I called the number in store and it rang at max volume. I said so you just choose to not answer 🙄 there were no customers but me. Anyways I'm disappointed and I'll find a new spot.

Came here at 8:55 and the door was still locked lights were off the worker was still putting the chairs outside. Change the time on Google openings if ur not really gonna be open at 8:30..

I am a BIG fan of Baya Bar and often visit various locations. I hate to say this HAS to be the worst one in terms of customer service. The workers are so demotivated and look frustrated when you ask them a question.

The smoothie was very good but WOW are the employees slow and unmotivated. Why when there’s a long line would neither of them be at the register? Slowly cleaning? It took ten minutes to order and another 15 to get my smoothie.
