I often eat at Baya Bar a lot all over the city. I was saving my points to get the highest reward as I've actually have done this before but used my points on something else. I visited this specific store almost 2 weeks ago & had almost 900 points when I bought 2 acai bowls nothing else. While I thought I logged out of my account on the screen next to the register, just 2 minutes after ordering, my points were used for a free smoothie IN A SEPARATE PURCHASE, not sure if an employee used my points for themselves or a customer who came after me.
I've emailed Baya Bar's info email for an investigation but no one has responded even after sending a follow up email. I will no longer be spending my funds at Baya Bar & will use my remaining points as well as close my account. To conclude this review, I would say just be careful when using their point system in stores.

Insane Price Hike – Extremely Disappointing
I’ve been coming to this Baya Bar location at least twice a week. The staff even recognizes me when I walk in — that’s how frequent my visits have been. But after this week, I’m done.
In just one week, the prices doubled. I was charged $35 for two açaí bowls, when I’ve consistently paid around $22 for the same order. When I asked about it, I was told it was due to an extra $4 charge for strawberries. Seriously?
The pricing here has gotten out of hand. They barely fill up your bowl, and you’re lucky if you get any Nutella or toppings. They are the cheapest store there is. It feels like they’re taking advantage of loyal customers rather than rewarding them. The product might be good, but the way this place is being run lately is a joke.
There are plenty of other Playa Bowls locations that offer the same bowls for much more reasonable prices. Skip this one.
