If you are trying to be more health conscious, avoid this place. Their Acai is SUPER sweet and kind of defeats the purpose compared to places like Playa Bowl.. also when I arrived for pickup (I arrived 20min after ordering) they were doing other things in the store and hadn't even began to make my bowls... Which caused them to rush and make it really halfa$$ed 🙄 missing ingredients, chunky frozen acai bits, and again unnecessarily sweet for something that is supposed to be a healthy alternative to sugary desserts... Total fail !!

The only complaint I have is that they need to start playing the edited version of the songs they're listening too. They're playing profanity filled music which is very unprofessional.

Every single time I go, the customer service is amazing. The people are friendly. The drinks are superb and the place is clean, which is extremely important for me and very rare and Brooklyn.

I usually have my order delivered, today I was in the area so I decided to pick up my order, the girl asked what I ordered handed it to me from the refrigerator made absolutely no eye contact and went on her zombie like day!!!!
I just paid $12.00 for a smoothie a thank you would have been nice!

I love coming here. Each time I arrive they already know what I want . They are very friendly. Best things love when they smile it shows they welcome you. Their smoothies are awesome

I got a matcha protein smoothie that was good and filling. I believe it was 20oz. I didn't realize that I could have bought a smaller size. My friend mentioned it to me in the car after I left. I was in a bit of a rush and didn't notice all of the menu variety until I was heading out. I would definitely go back if I'm in the neighborhood or if they have other locations closer to me.

Visited now 2x for a smoothie bowl while in BK! I love the vibe, the instagrammable backdrop. I went both early in the day, and didn’t get much life from the staff but it could be because they were working! Either way, they did their job bc the bowl was bang’n.
