Please do not go here! I got a vanilla protein smoothie after leaving the gym. It was the only thing I had for the day because I was planning on going to a bbq later that day to eat. As I was getting ready for the bbq, I began getting chills and started viciously throwing up. I threw up from 3pm to 11pm and was so weak that my dad had to take to the ER! I was told that I had a bad case of food poisoning and gastroenteritis! I’m assuming they used old fruits or expired almond milk in my protein shake. I know it was them because once again it was THE ONLY thing I had for the day as I was waiting to eat later in the day. I’m finally home resting because I spent the whole night at the hospital. They have to give me a IV drip for dehydration, morphine and nausea medication through the IV. I still can’t eat anything and still feel weak! DO NOT GO HERE

If you are trying to be more health conscious, avoid this place. Their Acai is SUPER sweet and kind of defeats the purpose compared to places like Playa Bowl.. also when I arrived for pickup (I arrived 20min after ordering) they were doing other things in the store and hadn't even began to make my bowls... Which caused them to rush and make it really halfa$$ed 🙄 missing ingredients, chunky frozen acai bits, and again unnecessarily sweet for something that is supposed to be a healthy alternative to sugary desserts... Total fail !!

The only complaint I have is that they need to start playing the edited version of the songs they're listening too. They're playing profanity filled music which is very unprofessional.

Every single time I go, the customer service is amazing. The people are friendly. The drinks are superb and the place is clean, which is extremely important for me and very rare and Brooklyn.

I usually have my order delivered, today I was in the area so I decided to pick up my order, the girl asked what I ordered handed it to me from the refrigerator made absolutely no eye contact and went on her zombie like day!!!!
I just paid $12.00 for a smoothie a thank you would have been nice!
