This is our 2nd time ordered from BCake. We ordered late but they still managed to squeeze us in. The cake and red velvet cupcakes looked exactly how we wanted it and were a hit at the baby shower. Getting ready for our 3rd purchase soon. 10/10!
B Cake, New York responded to me initially, but after I sent them the cake design, communication slowed. When I called to follow up, the staff thought I was on hold, but I overheard them saying they did not want to make my cake. This was unprofessional. I cannot review the taste of their products because I chose not to move forward.
BCakeNY did an amazing job on a late notice order that I placed for a birthday (don’t be me, be great and give them the proper 3 days notice). Placing an order online was easy. They were quick, helpful and responsive with my questions. My order was on time, the cupcakes were delicious and they looking stunning. Exactly as imagined. The guest of honor LOVED them and the guests couldn’t stop gushing and taking pictures. Delicious and photogenic! Will definitely recommend and reorder for my next event. I placed a large order of cupcakes with custom toppers of four different countries as a celebration in my office because opened new markets in these countries. From the time I first emailed to the date of delivery, Kate was very responsive, kind, and professional in our email exchanges.
They delivered all of the cupcakes to our office for a modest fee, but it seemed there was a mixup in the kitchen and the incorrect country flag topper was made for a portion of the cupcakes. I called them right away and the person I spoke with apologized and let me know that their delivery person had left for the day but that they'd contact the manager and see what they could do to rectify the situation.
They ended up sending 4 dozen new cupcakes with the correct flag toppers over by courier! The person I spoke with was very communicative calling back and giving me updates.
I liked that BCakeNY had a variety of flavors to choose from, as well as vegan and gluten-free options, and my coworkers thoroughly enjoyed the cupcakes. I would absolutely recommend and work with BCakeNY again, not only for the quality of the cupcakes but also for their professionalism and because they were quick to remedy the situation!

I paid extra for "no pink" in the assorted flavor order. Unfortunately, some cupcakes had pink frosting. High frosting to cake ratio which I like. Flavor was good, not amazing. I like that you can order liquor infused flavors that are unique!

I ordered from BCakrNY a cake, cupcakes, cookies and pushup cakes for my great granddaughter 2024 graduation party celebration which was held on June 27th at Glen Terrance Caterers in Brooklyn New York. The delivery was prompt as promised.I set up and displayed all I centered the cake on table with cupcakes, cookies and pushup cakes on risers and trays on both sides of the table. ( please note I would have had BCakeNY to do it but their cost of $550 to set up and display was I felt was just too much). I would highly recommend BCakeNY the cake, cupcakes, cookies and pushup cakes was delicious, very moist all was delicious this was relayed to me from the guests that attended. I personally was able to after arriving home in the wee hours have a piece of cake and a pushup cake which was exactly what the guests had stated delicious delicious. Also I would like to Thank BCakeNY for their service from the first day back in November 2023 the staff spoke with my great granddaughter and with their expertise she was able to choose all the items listed and yes she enjoyed all. I give BCakeNY 5* and recommend highly.

Ordered a graduation cake for my daughter from here a few years back the order I placed was for a yellow cake the cake that I received once we cut it after graduation was a strawberry cake smh Reached out to the establishment via e-mail and sent pictures and was offered a dozen of cupcakes for free on any given day how does that even add up to the price that I paid for the cake ? That was a slap in the face a moment was ruined behind this error and no money nor cake replacement was offered to me I never went back period not for the free cupcakes and not to purchase anything

I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my brothers bday. As I was leaving - it was super windy and one of the trays fall onto the ground and was destroyed. The shop was so kind and gave me another tray. Not just that, the cupcakes were DELICIOUS! Everyone loved them. Will definitely be coming back to this place and could not recommend it more.

Let’s start by saying the cakes are horrible. They’re known for their beautiful designs but the taste is lacking. The chocolate cupcakes taste like nothing, no flavor no moistness and the buttercream taste like butter. The strawberry cake used to be the best flavor they had now it’s just as lacking as the other flavors. Put more work into creating tasty cakes and cupcakes. The prices charged isn’t worth the taste quality. If the cakes were delicious and set apart from other bakeries then I wouldn’t mind spending the money for good cake. Everyone isn’t lying when they say the cakes are dry and lacking flavor. Listen to your customers
