This is the WORST LOCATION, NOTHING like the Utica one. Eye ordered the buy one get one deal and had whiting, with mash and spinach. Now as someone who DOESN'T EAT SALT, This whole meal was BLAND AND HAD NO SEASONING, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO TO UTICA LOCATION. The ATTITUDES that are displayed, even when you come into this place on a positive vybe, are ATROCIOUS!!! What is SAD is the lack of empathy, they do not care and this will reflect in the KARMA, that will come back to them. THE PEOPLE, MEANING THE CUSTOMERS are the reason you even have a business. DO BETTER, especially in a world of SOCIAL MEDIA. As my business professor taught and shared with me, STUDIES SHOW, For every BAD TEVIEW, RESTAURANTS LOSE AN AVERGAE OF 12 CUSTOMERS. Surprised they still in business. Horrible food!

Made a post on Instagram about the food being trash No sugarcoating it’s straight garbage. Instead of reaching out and Apologizing like a regular normal company would do they decided to block me. It’s sad how we want to support small businesses but this place should close down !!! Trash food post the proof to show they blocked me!!! Very, very unprofessional

The customer service is terrible. You order online for pickup, the app states your food is ready and then your waiting another 20 mins. watch other orders being made while you wait. Then you ask, they just stare and ignore you.

I ordered a Buy one, get one Free Dinner Meal. Both of my orders included whiting fish, mashed potatoes, and collard greens- There was a huge amount of DIRT OR SAND in my collard greens. I could not believe my eyes! I noticed a sandy crunch when chewing and sure enough- when I looked through, there were many sand particles which makes me think that Bedstuy Fish Fry does not wash their veggies properly!! This is terrible. I order from here every once in a while but have learned my lesson this time.
I didn’t even bother ordering because of their terrible service. I walked into the restaurant, stood at the register, and waited for someone to notice me and take my order. After five long minutes, I decided to leave.

I don’t know what’s going on but their Mac and cheese taste a little rancid. The last two times I ordered from them and the food was way off I forgave it the first time but the second time it was just disgusting. I’m not sure what the sanitation protocols are and how they store their food but I just can’t bring myself to order from this place again.

Previously I was able to place and pay for my catering order on the phone, I did so in June. But I was told that they don’t take catering orders over the phone. Fine, I went to the store to then be told it is cash only. I did not have that large of an amount on me, so I had to leave, go to the bank and come back. Later on one of my guests at the party found the wire wrapping in the greens, see pic. It makes me think that if the greens were cooked with it still on, it wasn’t washed or who knows what else. No one called me to tell me my order was even ready. I won’t be ordering again.

I just ordered this from bedstuy fish fry.. 2 salmon dinners one with mac & cheese candied yams(not done) and the other was with collard greens and mash potatoes one salmon was suppose to be BLACKEND & ONE THAI CHIllI take a LOOK at how my food was SERVED!!! Looks LIKE SOUP….im soo disappointed

This use to be on of my favorite places however after my last visit I pass. I ordered from home on Uber eats. I opted to pick up my own food and waited for an hour and a half for my food. It was very disappointing. Anthony gave me a shrimp and fries order for my inconvenience. The owner eventually paid attention to the fact that I’ve been waiting and decided to provide me with a slice of cake and a drink (at my request). I was very disappointed. The only thing I ordered different from usual was a seafood lo/chow mein that should have had lobster but even after all that time waiting the owner place crab legs in my order. Didn’t even get what I paid and waited over an hour for. You lost a customer!
