I ordered the turkey wings, collard greens and candied yams. The greens were good , but they used the veins. The vandied yams were just yams and notjing candied or seasoned about it. The food at best is average.
Food is good but customer service is terrible depending on who is around...We basically live in a cashless society and they go long periods without their machine working. When it first opened, there were televisions and a cool seating area. All that is gone now for just a buffet style, order, and pickup. They also, for some reason, did away with accepting credit cards and now only accept cash for orders.
Truth, I miss the restaurant element of this spot, and while positively expanding from the original on Halsey to this, I do hope they are able to expand like the others on Grand and...
