I hope this message finds you well. I want to express my gratitude for the delicious food your establishment always provides. I've been a loyal customer since you opened in Saratoga and truly appreciate the quality of your offerings.
However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience. After Thanksgiving, I visited your restaurant and ordered a 4-piece meal, but I was informed that only 6-piece options were available. When I saw the total, it exceeded what I had anticipated spending. I asked if there was a smaller fish option, and the staff member confirmed there was. I requested the smaller portion just moment after I made the 1st order but was told that I could only receive store credit for the difference, which seemed unreasonable since my order hadn't even been finalized yet, and yes I see the sign no refund but I did not receive my order nor was it made.
This experience left me quite disappointed. I hope you can understand my perspective, as I truly value your business and want to continue supporting it.

The food was not good the collard greens where bland and nasty. The Turkey wings where not good. The location on Halsey is way better. Idk what happened here because when this location opened it was great but now 👎🏾 and i spent 200 dollars on food and i live in Long Island so i can’t just turn around and bring it back. Very disappointed

The music is so loud you can’t even hear yourself talk or what they’re saying to you. And then one of the ladies so mean and nasty when you asking a question 2X like miss the music very loud. We came all the way from the upper west side of manhattan to support this business. I’ll keep giving my business to The Soul Food Spot (yes that’s the name) it’s just 3 mins from here. I pray this food is good cause I’ll for sure make them go TikTok viral this is why I don’t go in myself and people see who I am

The food I order has always been excellent however I order collard greens. The greens are seasoned great but they have sand in them. The fresh greens were not cleaned thoroughly. So I have well seasoned sandy collard greens.The rest of my order was superb.
