A hidden treasure on Fulton: this French patisserie shines with unparalleled authenticity and prompt, friendly service. Real ones recognize it as a delightful refuge from nearby shops swarmed with bafflingly long lines of young professionals pretending to be Scandinavian urbanities. Genuinely charming. Offers exceptional sandwiches and coffee too

Nice people and truly amazing pastries. Tucked away in a plain storefront— but the croissants are excellent, best I’ve had in the area

I'll gatekeep this place no longer - these are hands down the best [French] pastries in the neighborhood. Yes, even better than that Other place on Fulton. The pain au chocolat is light, flaky and pure bliss. The croissants are delightfully airy and buttery perfection. The baguette can best be described as a hybrid ciabatta - soft, chewy, with the right amount of crust. Don't sleep on their sandwiches either- the chicken sandwich hits all the right notes with thickly sliced chicken, melted swiss, avocado and a zesty harissa aioli. A coffee and pastry will set you back $9, but it's the perfect weekend (or anytime) treat.

I've gotten pastries here multiple times and the goods are delicious! The pastries are beautifully decorated and I've gifted them in the past - they were quite pleased! I've even tried out the too good to go app takeout and the pastries are still good quality but they tend to give away the croissant type pastries rather than the decorated tarts :/ nonetheless,I recommend this place if you're craving something sweet

In a NYC world full of overpriced hippy dippy coffeeshops covered in pastel colored walls, there's a Beny's Delice. I really do like this place. It stays true to an older style French cafe/coffeeshop with prices that are pretty average for the city (compared to the new coffeeshops down the street where one latte can be equivalent to a meal). Beny's has a standard coffee menu list along with a few house specials (e.g lavender lattes). They also have a pretty extensive display of pastries ranging from croissants to macarons to quiches to mini tarts. You can also find croissant sandwiches and other light fares for lunch. They do espresso well at Beny's, the flavored lattes are strong and not overly sweet, and the cappuccino is solid. You can also buy full sized tarts here for $25-- not a bad deal if you need to impress a dinner party with a beautiful dessert pastry! The almond raspberry one is excellent. Overall, a solid (lesser frills) cafe for good coffee, treats, breakfast/lunch around Clinton hill area! It can be a little easy to miss so keep your eye out for it next to Mac Shack a little ways down from the Clinton Wash C train.

Delicious breakfast and lunch menus (especially recommend the chicken sandwich and Beny’s sandwhich!)Also really strong selection of delicious, crispy/flaky outside & soft/buttery inside, croissants. Everything I have had is delicious. Especially the french food reflects the skill of the french owner.Staff is always really really nice, seem to know about 75% of the people who walk in the door by name.Make sure you make it here before too late in the day, around 2 or 3 the kitchen closes and they are low on baked goods!

This Brooklyn spot used to be great in customer service until this year. Too many unfamiliar faces I been working in Fulton for many years, and I know what I like from my coffeeshop and its employees. I guess it changes as the area does too. Same with the coffee used to be way better. Still preserves reasonable prices and good food selection, but the service went down

Let me tell you why I don't have a picture of my food. Well it's because when it came into My possession from grubhub delivery, it smelled so good that I couldn't stop to even think about taking a picture. Just take my word for it, all of their quiches are delicious. I bought one of each and ate them all in one day.

I ordered delivery for breakfast on a Sunday. I got the prosciutto, fig, goat cheese, and arugula sandwich on a baguette, two macaroons, a chouquette, and an iced latte. Everything was great! The sandwich had chewy crusty baguette, a hearty amount of thick cut prosciutto, and a perfect ratio of goat cheese to fig. The macaroons were light and had a nice texture, I had the pistachio and rose lychee. The chouquette was airy and light and had a nice hint of sweetness from the sugar granules on top. The latte was a standard iced latte, tasty! I would definitely order again, especially for a sandwich on the nice bread!

Casual sandwich and pastry shop with delicious food and great prices. The portions are huge and it's fast service. You can't go wrong.

Great croissants. Awful service. I've been going to Beny's since the owner, David, opened it. Great croissants and macaroons. Also, good sandwiches and prepared foods. The problem is that now, you have no idea what the service will be like, and often it is awful. Prepare to wait 15 minutes for a croissant and coffee, assuming the person behind the counter acknowledges your existence. You are better served waking down Fulton to another shop that cares.

I love coming at Beny's because Andrey makes THE BEST Mocha late!!! So Next time you in the area make sure to stop by and ask for Andrey to make you that mocha late, it is out of this world!!

Very nice place. All pastries looked good. Ordered the berry tart, pear tart and apricot tart. All tasted wonderful. The buttery crust was very nice. I loved the little white chocolate heart on the tart, a sweet touch for Valentine's Day!
