iced americano price was listed as 3.15, they ran my card for 6.48
Delicious fresh bagels and great service.
I’m a NYC elitist/snob and these are very solid bagels. The spot gets bad reviews because of customer service and mistakes. My orders are simple and I also can speak spanish if I need to. So I have never had an issue. If your orders are more complicated you might be better off going to a cafe. But if you want a solid bagel I highly recommend. Best tasting bagels in the immediate area. Great whole wheat options too.

Neighborhood gem. Toast and butter a slice of the chocolate babka? HEAVEN.
They also carry Acme Whitefish, and they make Egg Everything bagels. What more do you need to know they’re the real deal. 🤌

Simple bagel goodness: scallion upon whole wheat. Pairs well w/ a black coffee. Classic Brooklyn bagel joint upon which I stumbled!

This place deserves a better rating. I’m a bagel snob, bagels are my favorite food. This place is great! I get an egg bagel, extra toasted with cream cheese. My backup, poppy & cream cheese. Both are top quality. The workers are real nyc bagel professionals, no kids. They are fast and kind. Beverage prices are more reasonable than all the other bagel places. Inside, I wish it was more inviting but that’s always an issue with bagel places. This is a good shop! And super grateful I have a dependable spot close to me.

Clean and fast. Was a little more expensive than I would expect, and they barely toasted my bagel. Scallion cream cheese was good.

please don't waste your money here. I was hesitant at first because I've had better bagels elsewhere but it was a convenience today and today was my confirmation to stop coming here.
I always make sure to annunciate + ask twice for an EXTRA EXTRA toasted bagel with a dramatic hand signal of a LITTLE BIT of cream cheese, so there was no discrepancy. I got my bagel immediately which should have been my first red flag it wasn't extra toasted. came home to a bagel that wasn't even put in the toaster I'm convinced and engorged with a ton of cream cheese. I'm convinced they want nothing to do with us as their customers as the manager/gentleman in the back was leaning on the counter on his phone while the cashier couldn't have got me out of there sooner. no smile, no chipper attitude, no apologies for running out of the cherry turnovers. what happened to customer service in this town?? and yes $9 for a bagel w/ spread + a small pastry is excessive I will say.

Very high quality bagels in Brooklyn. Not the best in New York, but will do if you need a quick bagel fix!
Note - they only take card for purchases over $5.
$12 for a small water and a bialy with flavored cream cheese. Portions small, barely toasted. Pricing is inconsistent with their online menu (likely overcharged me). Wouldn’t recommend

I was purchasing food for a dental office that I was presenting at virtually and totally mixed up my timezones. Bergen's was awesome about making sure the office got the order even though I messed it up by a couple of hours. I absolutely appreciated their service!
