This place deserves a better rating. I’m a bagel snob, bagels are my favorite food. This place is great! I get an egg bagel, extra toasted with cream cheese. My backup, poppy & cream cheese. Both are top quality. The workers are real nyc bagel professionals, no kids. They are fast and kind. Beverage prices are more reasonable than all the other bagel places. I was purchasing food for a dental office that I was presenting at virtually and totally mixed up my timezones. Bergen's was awesome about making sure the office got the order even though I messed it up by a couple of hours. I absolutely appreciated their service!

i've been to this bergen hundreds of times on my way to work, and while i have had lackluster sandwiches there, today's was extremely satisfactory. i had an everything bagel with lox spread and a large iced coffee with whole milk (no sugar). 10/10 no notes. Sometimes you gotta appreciate the convenience and bliss of a perfect bagel at your fingertips.
