I usually really like Bergen Bagels, but this visit just wasn’t my favorite. I ordered a bialy with feta pesto cream cheese. The bialy itself was solid. nice chew, good flavor. though it did seem a bit smaller than I’d like. That part didn’t bother me too much because it still tasted good and fresh.
The main issue was the feta pesto cream cheese. It was SUPER salty, to the point where it was kind of off-putting and made it hard to actually enjoy the bialy. The flavor combo sounded great on paper, but the balance just wasn’t there. I’d definitely come back and get a bialy again, but next time I’m sticking to a different cream cheese.

Came here a few times and it’s been pretty solid however about half way through eating my bagel today I bit on something extremely hard. I took it out of my mouth and it appeared to be a piece of wood in my bagel!??? I think it was more in the cream cheese but i’ve never experienced something like this before. Thankfully no harm was done but imagine losing a tooth or something over this!! Not sure i’ll be back any time soon as this was rather frightening.
I ordered bagels and cream cheeses delivered for breakfast. The ordered was delivered as stated and all items were as expected. The quality of bagels and cream cheese was excellent!!

My favorite bagel shop. Their bagels are always fresh. They have a wide variety of bagel flavors and spreads. Their vegan cream is top-tier.

Ordered from here on Uber Eats after a coworker recommended it. I got the egg sandwich and chose bacon, an everything bagel, and cheese. I also added a note asking for pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, and black pepper.
The bagel came wrapped nice neatly and everything was packaged well, the branded wrapping was a nice touch. Once I opened it, that is when my disappoints started. My notes were ignored even though the slip was stapled to the front of the bag. I grabbed some condiments to help it out and then sat down to try it, but the flavor still was not there. It filled me up, but it tasted plain and did not match what I asked for.
My total was $12.31, which is on the higher side. With the notes being ignored and the overall taste, I personally would not order from here again.

Bagels are fresh and soft in the mornings at least. Good choice of cream cheese. Limited selection of juices and drinks. Their coffee socks! Sitting is limited by little counter by the wall. Fairly clean. Stuff personnel is decent.
This was my third time coming here. The first visit was great but the second and third were not. This morning was my last time ever stepping foot in this place.
There’s one employee who really shouldn’t be handling food. During my second visit I saw him scratching his butt and then making someone’s bagel which was absolutely disgusting. Today he was the cashier and when the line got long he stopped put on gloves without washing his hands, and started handling food.
That’s completely unsanitary and a major health concern. I walked out and went to another bagel shop nearby instead. He needs to take food safety seriously. the other workers i have not seen any concerns.
Quality local bagel place.

Just okay. An everything bagel w/ cream cheese, turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato and red onion came out to $10.25 after “4% cash discount”. The only way to describe it was “just okay”. Flavors were a bit subdued? Cream cheese was really bland somehow. The bagel was also too wet, I wish they were more mindful of drying out wet toppings. Service was fast and straightforward, polite energy. I would try just a bagel, no toppings, maybe cream cheese at home, to really see how things are at the basics.

The Staff here was very nice, fast, and professional, and smiling when not very busy. I really enjoyed the cinnamon-raisin, and blueberry bagels and they were relatively good price and excellent quality. It is the type of bagel you would be happy to share with a friend from another country, hence it makes sense the quality at this location in Brooklyn, NY. I am really looking forward to trying more on their menu.

Slow delivery
Currently eating the worst BEC of my life
Some of the better bagels in the city, try if you can to go early or on a busy day for HOT bagels. They have one of the best if not the best cinnamon raisin bagel in the entire city. Crusty, on the outside and pillow and soft on the inside. The bagels are not mind blowing in their originality, they're just classic bagels done right and with self respect. These bagels are my go to in Crown Heights where I live. Great service too, fast and professional. A+ that being said, they have one of the more underwhelming everything bagels you'll ever have. Who puts whole oats on an everything bagel? Give me more onion and garlic and keep the oats.
