Very solid, consistent, and reasonably priced option for khachapuri. Unlike other places in brighton which tend to decline over time, this place has maintained their quality since the first time I ate there 13 years ago.

This Georgian restaurant is an absolute gem, and their cheese-only pizza is nothing short of a masterpiece! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that perfectly sets the tone for a delightful dining experience. The highlight of my visit was, without a doubt, their cheese pizza, which is unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The dough was pillowy, golden, and baked to perfection, with just the right amount of crispness on the edges. But the real star is the cheese—a heavenly mix of rich, melty goodness that’s both creamy and tangy, leaving a lingering flavor that keeps you coming back for more. It’s clear they use the finest ingredients, and the balance of flavors is absolutely impeccable. Every bite felt like a celebration of Georgian culinary tradition, and it’s easy to see the pride and artistry that goes into their food. Whether you’re a cheese lover or simply someone seeking an authentic and unforgettable meal, this place will blow you away. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu, but for now, I’ll be dreaming about that incredible pizza!

Since ownership changed about a year ago, this place became just another hole in the wall.

Ordered khachipuri and it was really good! It would just be better if they had tables in the place to sit there to eat. Everyone is talking about the rude customer service and them talking in Georgian but I don't think that's necessarily rude only thing I came there for was food so that's what mostly matters.
