BierWax is one of NYCs best craft beer bars. It has a great rotating tap list and boasts an extensive bottle and can list as well.
Therefore, the 5 stars for food is really for beer.
This place also has a large collection of vinyl that they are constantly playing and what you get varies based on the bartenders style and mood but it's always been great.
Rumor has it that on some Mondays they even sell some of the collection so check their socials for the next sale.

This is my go-to bar in Brooklyn! Excellent tap list (cocktail and NA options too), great DJs and events, and just a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. BierWax has a sense of community that a lot of bars lack--whether you're a regular or they don't know your name (yet), there's just a warmth here that I haven't found elsewhere. A testament to the great crew. Stop in!
