Extremely disappointing and problematic. There were four of us for brunch. One person's dish was served well before the rest, so either their food got cold or he had to start eating alone before everyone else. We didn't make a big deal of it. Then the eggs Benedict arrived—completely overcooked and hard. A failed dish. The burger was good—really the only dish that was up to standard. Then came the big issue with payment: we were told they didn't accept cards and we had to pay in cash. They claimed they had informed us beforehand, but that simply wasn't true. They sent us to an ATM, but I only have a credit card, not a debit one. After insisting that all signs said card payments were accepted and that no one had mentioned anything, they finally agreed to take the card—but of course charged us an additional fee. No intention of coming back here, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The atmosphere was pleasant, though.
Overall good experience for a catch up dinner with friends. We got the Bijan burger and the lamb burger which were good but nothing special.
Place was cute and the staff were nice to me and my boyfriend. The food was mediocre at best and heavily overpriced. I felt like the food in particular was very bland. We had ordered the Persian soup and the grilled salmon.

The staff is unkind and rude. I would never give my business to this place. They were horrible with asking us to move and leave, while we had our hands full with a toddler and a baby. Save your money and go to a place that understands solidarity and kindness.

We keep coming back and it never disappoints! Bijan’s has become one of our absolute favorite spots in New York. The food and cocktails are consistently amazing, but what really sets it apart is the service. Every time we come in, whether brunch or a spontaneous dinner, we always see one server who remembers us, our usual drinks, and always makes great conversation.
The service is friendly and they clearly take pride in creating a great experience. Even when it’s busy, we’ve never felt rushed or forgotten. The energy is cozy, relaxed, and inviting which is exactly why we keep coming back! Every visit is just as good as the last. Bijan’s is the place to be!

Love Bijan's. Good drinks, good food, and good service always.
I want to give special thanks to Trent for going out of his way to find us on social media after we left as we had dropped a few belongings. Thanks Trent!

Quite literally the most bizarre and worst service I’ve ever received. The bartender and server were on their phones for the majority of the time we were there and didn’t speak to us once on their own initiative other than to take our order. Be prepared to grab your own silverware from the bar, ask for your own check, and have the server ask YOU to come back to the bar to get your card because it would “save him some time” from walking 10 steps to the table. Mind you, this restaurant is a singular room and we were sitting closest to the bar, literally within feet. Also was not busy at all—like 5 tables total. Watched the server pour my friend’s Diet Coke, took him 4 whole minutes just to fill the glass and it was so flat it looked like a glass of dark beer. Gave it to us anyway and never came back for us to tell him he needed to replace the CO2. Possibly the laziest staff I’ve ever witnessed (since I could see them standing there doing nothing the entire time, a blonde female bartender and a white brunette male server with glasses). He walked past us at least 5 times and didn’t say a word or make eye contact. Recommend coming here if you want to bask in incompetency and pay $75 for the most mid food on earth. They’re lucky I’m not an asshole and still tipped because they deserved nothing. (P.S. I’ve been a server for over three years, so I know pure laziness when I see it)

Food was good and fresh. But I was informed that payments are cash only when I got at the restaurant. At the reservation, this wasn’t clear
