There was a dispute that was handed in such a great manner. I can tell that the manager & the establishment has great moral ethics, human empathy & aren’t money hungry when in the wrong. The outcome was 10/10 will come again.
I was about to give up on Christmas dinner in NYC because it was so expensive, but I managed to order chicken and cocktails at a reasonable price. The restaurant's illuminations were absolutely adorable, and I had the perfect Christmas.
Food was three stars as the chicken kebab I got was average and kind pricey for what it is. The service two stars because it was INCREDIBLY SLOW. It was a weeknight dinner and everyone’s gotta work tomorrow, so expected an efficient dinner, but it took forever for the waitress to come take our order and deliver food and even get water. In terms of ambiance — hard to describe as at the end of the night it turned out into open mic which we were not aware of. On the one hand...
