I just got me and my husband‘s bagels here and it was horrible. I paid $10 and the bagels had one egg and one slice of cheese on it. I can’t believe I just got so ripped off this is absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately, this bagel store is right across the street of my house and I can’t believe I spent my time and money here. I’m so hungry. We’re gonna go get breakfast somewhere else not even a child will be full from this.

I just had the most disappointing egg and cheese bagel ever. One egg, one slice of cheese dry, flavorless, and just sad. Almost every spot in the city does it right with two eggs, two slices of cheese, fluffy and melty. But this? This was a joke.

Horrible service!! People in there really don't know how to do business & please people reading this, DON'T leave a credit card# with them, they write it down & don't ring it up right away which means then the credit card # is just floating around with all the staff there to see it as well as customers, then for a delivery, they don't even show up with a receipt, when the food comes, it's as if the staff then spites the client by making the food almost raw, this place is trash, if I could give it zero stars I would, I even had to call my bank & request a new card because clearly these people can't won't do much right. Never again! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE, ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!

Been coming here for years and up until lately they have stopped putting two eggs on a bacon egg and cheese and only give you one egg for a bacon egg and cheese and charge you 6$ it’s pathetic they charging city prices and not even giving you two eggs at that the food is trash . If you charge $12 for a hero, make sure you stuff it good they skimp on food for the amount of money they charge.
