Paid $17 for a crispy shawarma and it burnt. Never coming back
Very good mediterranean food! Everything is super quick and delicious but next time I think I will just ask for less sauce or on the side. I saw the Falafel made fresh and it was full of herbs and spices! I got the build your own falafel bowl with rice and romaine. The toppings all looked great.I would return.

Fresh and tasty food, generous portions, bang for your buck! Average bowl costs $13.9-$15.99. That garlic sauce/paste and the red pepper hummus, so authentic. They didn'f disappoint!

As a big fan and frequenter of Cava for weekday meals, Bis Bas is a wonderful alternative. The offerings are similar but Bis Bas is more authentic and arguably fresher, since they’re focused on operating only one neighborhood location. The portions were generous, both the beef shawarma and falafel protein options were full of flavor. Zatar fries were made to order, and thus hot, crispy + delicious. The service was kind and efficient. Feels good to support this place with so many other bigger chains around. Coming back to try the lentil soup soon! My bowl portion was also big enough to save half and take the rest home!

Bis Bas is one of my favorite Mediterranean spots in NYC. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken shawarma is juicy, the falafel is crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the hummus is super smooth and delicious. Portions are generous and the ingredients taste high quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast, which makes it perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Everything feels clean, healthy, and made with care. Highly recommend if you’re craving amazing Mediterranean food!
