Absolutely no frills establishment, but that doesn't matter in this case. The food alone makes this place worth a visit.

No wonder their Stewed Beef Noodle Soup is the best from the menu. But the side dish Chicken in spicy sauce was the worst chicken i tasted. The chicken was over boiled and they just add lots of spicy sauce on it. The chicken has very weird taste after taking few bites, i can’t eat that anymore and throw it out.

Food (4 stars): I really enjoyed their beef noodle soup! The broth is not too salty or spicy. The meat is perfectly tender. Good amount of bok choy. Pretty solid for the price of $11 The restaurant is really small and casual. I would definitely come back for a quick bite.

The food is awesome, although the menu is limited. Cramped space, and slightly dirty- but if it was clean and open, how could you believe this was authentic?

Wow get B1 - crispy pork rougamo. VERY porky and flaky. And they don't skimp on the meat! Wow I was very surprised as I don't even usually like this. Best one ever. Diao diao noodle was also pretty good, very home-y in flavor, noodles akin to udon. Wish there was more meat. And also wish it was spicy!

The food is so so delicious. I'm still dreaming about it. I do wish their dumplings were a tad spicer, but that's just me. Everything I ordered really was delicious and well priced. I reccomend their shrimp and pork dumplings and their pork

Good food, nice staff, but food is bland! If it says spicy, I expect at least a little spice. There was not ☹️

This is a hole in the wall and there's zero ambiance but who cares. My wife and I ordered the liang pi and the rougamo (pork bun). The liang pi was good but make sure you get extra vinegar and ask for the hot chili oil. I have no clue why those aren't added to the base dish bc it is way better with some extra vinegar and chili oil. The rougamo was really really good. The pastry was flakey and just the right amount of crispy and the pork was fatty and tender. Overall, I would recommend Bites of Xian but the base order of the liang pi could be improved.

Delicious food. Every time. I've been ordering here for years. Even when there were only two locations and we had to travel from Harlem to Brooklyn just to get it. The service isn't always the warmest, but the food is.

Well this store is usually great with being on time, but today, the opposite. The food was significantly late, to the point where I actually had to cut the order. I'm surprised at you guys, but not in a good way. ?

So delicious, everything is fresh and homemade, flavorful and a lot of food per item - recommend the chicken and cabbage dumpling and the cold noodles

Ordered the Qishan meat soup noodle before. The soup base is on the sour side which is what I like. Noodles are on the soft side too. I think it may because I took it home to eat it, and the noodles sit in the bowl for too long. I ordered via phone call and got my food pretty quick when I arrived. Small space but clean. Spent around $15. Worth to try if you live nearby. It's pretty authentic.
