Breakfast was good. I had a bacon egg and cheese wrap. The iced chai latte was delicious ! Service was fast and pleasant. The space was clean. I would recommend.

People are hard on this place, the service has been really kind and personal for a bagel shop. I got 2 bagels here in one week, the first was scallion cheese with onion/tomato/capers and then I got the whitefish sandwich, both on everything bagels. Both were really good although I don't have much to compare to for the whitefish. They made a cortado from my description even though it wasn't on the menu. Their regular black coffee is also good. The bagel itself is a little bready but it is delicious so I don't care. They do have a nice interior that is comfortable.

It's worth a stop and I think less expensive than other bagel shops in this area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stumbled on BK Bagels at 1120 Broadway and I’m so glad I did! This place is a true neighborhood gem and checks all the boxes if you’re looking for a cozy spot to grab breakfast, lunch, or just a good coffee and pastry.

First off, the vibe inside is super chill and welcoming — there’s plenty of seating along the window if you want to people-watch or work on your phone, plus a few tables for a quick sit-down meal. The white brick walls and big black chalkboard menus give it a nice, clean modern look, and the counter setup is really efficient. The staff here work fast but they’re also friendly and patient when you’re deciding what to get (which is hard, because the menu is HUGE).

They have an impressive selection — from classic bagel sandwiches to burgers, wraps, fresh juices, pastries, and even lots of flavored cream cheeses. The cream cheese fridge alone is worth checking out — they have everything from scallion tofu and garlic cilantro to blueberry and strawberry. It’s fresh and well-stocked.

I tried their iced latte which was smooth and perfectly balanced (and reasonably priced compared to most cafes). The pastries are fresh too — you can grab a croissant, muffin, or Danish right at the counter. They also have a fridge stocked with all kinds of drinks, from juices to sparkling water, which is a nice touch if you’re on the go.

There’s a steady stream of locals, from construction workers on break to students and neighborhood folks, which tells you this spot has earned its place here. The music isn’t too loud, the space is clean, and there’s WiFi if you need to get work done while sipping your coffee.

Overall, BK Bagels is the kind of place you can rely on for a solid breakfast sandwich, an afternoon coffee pick-me-up, or even a casual lunch. Prices are fair, the portions are generous, and they clearly care about freshness.

Highly recommend if you’re in Bushwick/Bed-Stuy area — whether you’re a bagel purist, a coffee lover, or just need a comfy spot to take a break.

UPDATE: 6/27 received an order today wrong also forgot to include ketchup yet again… going back to 1 star … i called and they said ‘sorry’ did not offer to fix the problem from a returning customer, bad hospitality. when i said what can we do to fix this the response was ‘uuuuugh idk’ HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO READ THE TICKET CORRECTLY IT CLEARLY SAYS PLEASE INCLUDE KETCHUP TOAST BAGEL!?!?

UPDATE: since i’ve written the review it seems all of my orders have been correct and they send me extra ketchup now… i do continue to order from here since it’s so close to my house and i do like the bagels changing my 1 star to 3 stars for the improvement in correct orders since my last review.

ORIGINAL: i usually a regular here especially for take out 9/10 my order is incorrect and they don’t include ketchup after i write it literally 5x on the sheet.. the prices have gone up as well looks like i need a new bagel spot because they keep dropping the ball here

My sandwich was so soggy with all this chipotle mayo, it slid the breading off the chicken. I didn’t even take a bite 😕

The bagels are good, but few times I’ve been the crew is using the same knifes from various cream cheeses, so you get an odd variety taste on a few bites. Maybe purchase more knifes for the crews.

Also, we can purchase new napkin holders? The ones in store have graffiti and look very dated.

Great local spot with delicious soft bagels. Their BTK and BF sandwiches are perfection. Even at 12pm on a Tuesday there were still plenty of bagel options to choose from. Cold brew is also great as well, not watered down like most places. Recommend trying their garlic cream cheese as well - subtle but flavorful when added to a sandwich.

I ordered a 16 oz English breakfast I was charged $4.50 I showed them the sign that says 16 oz tea $2.75 the person argued with me and said these are our prices. I asked to speak to a manager and he said we don’t have one here. I spoke with Miguel who when I asked why is the price wrong he said something under his breath after asking.he then changed the price to $3.00 and moved it to 12oz. Which made no sense since I asked for 16 oz like the sign said. He ignored me showing him the sign where it says 16 oz $2.75. I still do not understand why English breakfast and oat milk is even $5.00 that’s weird. If you’re not Caucasian you won’t be treated nice here, they jump and are friendly to them it’s awkward especially this is a brown and black neighborhood. Anywho tea shouldn’t be $5.00 with tax included.

it was okay. Definitely not the best in the city, but I couldn’t travel so far. it was still enjoyable.

Kind of a rip off. $21 for a very small green juice (still much cheaper at Mr. Kiwi) and eight dollars for a slice of turkey between two
slices of white bread. It’s for gentrifiers, and ornithology kids who are still young enough to have good credit and bosses who aren’t threatened by them, but people rely on it because Bed-Stuy/Bushwick is a food desert. Just like everything else in the area that isn’t selling poison. Service is always friendly and quick however.

I had the meaty morning on a plain bagel add jalapeño cream cheese and the beef sausage, egg and cheese on a blueberry bagel add plain cream. This was not the breakfast we enjoyed.
