Bless whoever packed my iced coffee with the sheet of wax paper—not a single drop was spilled which is so rare for delivery. Definitely packed with care. The bagel was surprisingly piping hot even in winter, fresh and delish.

It’s the closest bagel shop to my home, and I’ve come by a few times hoping to start my day with a nice breakfast. Unfortunately, I haven’t really had a bagel there that I truly enjoyed — they’re often a bit dry and the overall quality just isn’t consistent. I do really like the coffee, which is why I kept giving the bagels another try.
Today I stopped in again, and the bacon, egg, and cheese was especially disappointing. As you can see on the picture there is barely any bacon, and whatever there was dry and really didn’t taste like anything. There also was barely any cheese. It’s a breakfast I usually look forward to as a little treat, but today it didn’t feel special at all — just a regular, forgettable meal. After today I decided I won’t be going there anymore.

! This place is TOP KNOTCH ! Service is impeccable. Food is amazing. Store is warm and inviting. I can’t say enough about the absolutely superb customer service the entire team provided each day we came while on vacation. I am so glad they were right around the corner because we came every single day and it was so worth it. We were so impressed by the efficiency of how they run the operation and how well they all work under pressure. I’m sorry- I’m from corporate America and I appreciate a good process flow 🙂. Anyways great work BK Bagels team. Yall are a big piece of what made our vacation memorable! Keep up the great work!
I am staying in a nearby hotel and ordered a bagel and a coffee for delivery. Delivery was quick and food was delicious. They followed my special request perfectly and even packaged the coffee in such a way that nothing got spilled. I was very pleased

I got a hot chocolate and a tuna bagel and it was delicious, small Pleace and great service!
Sometimes hit or miss but recently the quality has been improving. Had a great tuna melt last week and today the sausage egg and cheese was made perfectly

I came in today and observed that this place is grossly understaffed. As I sat and waited for my order the volume of customers and delivery people I saw come in outnumbered the proper amount of people needed to serve them. They seem overwhelmed and overworked and simply unequipped to handle the workload. Hire more people so they can provide the right quality of service. At least 2-3 people are needed working there rather than just 4.
