! This place is TOP KNOTCH ! Service is impeccable. Food is amazing. Store is warm and inviting. I can’t say enough about the absolutely superb customer service the entire team provided each day we came while on vacation. I am so glad they were right around the corner because we came every single day and it was so worth it. We were so impressed by the efficiency of how they run the operation and how well they all work under pressure. I’m sorry- I’m from corporate America and I appreciate a good process flow 🙂. Anyways great work BK Bagels team. Yall are a big piece of what made our vacation memorable! Keep up the great work!
I am staying in a nearby hotel and ordered a bagel and a coffee for delivery. Delivery was quick and food was delicious. They followed my special request perfectly and even packaged the coffee in such a way that nothing got spilled. I was very pleased

I came in today and observed that this place is grossly understaffed. As I sat and waited for my order the volume of customers and delivery people I saw come in outnumbered the proper amount of people needed to serve them. They seem overwhelmed and overworked and simply unequipped to handle the workload. Hire more people so they can provide the right quality of service. At least 2-3 people are needed working there rather than just 4.

Simply the best loud and cream cheese bagels I've had. And the service was fantastic too: friendly and very efficient. Can't wait to go back on our next visit to the area.
Young lady at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked how long before my order was ready so I can go and grab a coffee really quick, she responded by saying it’ll be ready whenever it’s ready, I have other orders so just be patient. I explained no I don’t mean it in a way to rush you just so I know the timing I have to get my coffee. She stayed with the same rude attitude and she made wait for at least 15 minutes, while waiting I heard her be rude to other customers and a guy says to me she’s always rude. They should also train their employees to wash their hands when they walk in. The guy came straight in from outside and started making stuff.

I stopped by this place for a quick dinner on a weeknight. It was pretty quiet since it was close to closing time, and most of the bagels were already sold out. They’re known for their wide range of house-made cream cheese spreads in different flavors, but since the bagels were gone, I decided to try one of their sandwiches instead — the Croque Madame, made with pork and béchamel sauce. They also had a selection of house-made desserts that looked too good to resist, so I picked up a slice of chocolate pie as well.
The staff — possibly the owner — was very friendly and welcoming. I took my food to go, and the sandwich turned out to be quite large. I had half for dinner and saved the rest for the next day. The ham was a bit salty, and overall the sandwich was quite rich and filling, thanks to the combination of cheese, béchamel, and ham. The chocolate pie was also rich and decadent, with good-quality chocolate — I ended up enjoying it over three sittings!
