Customer service 10/10 they definitely rectified my issue and were patient with me. They even resent my food. Foo was great and definitely be ordering from there every time. Shoutout to the managers and cooks . They forever earned a regular with me

I don’t care about food much, I eat what I want and move on. However this food is just different it deadass had me thinking there’s more to life and this is what I’ve been missing. God bless this spot, will be coming back. Most importantly all employees greeted me and the guys when we came in had us feel comfortable. Also get the lemonade mix drink Fire, with the jerk box.

I ordered the jerk macaroni and cheese and a red velvet cake at around 5 p.m. through DoorDash. The delivery driver was good, and the package arrived well sealed. I was very excited to eat it, especially since the title included “jerk.” I’ve been disappointed by restaurant macaroni and cheese before, but because it looked good online, had a strong rating on DoorDash, and included jerk in the name, I decided to try it. I received a chocolate cake instead of red velvet, which seems like a mistake or that they ran out of red velvet. That’s fine. The Food The dish was extremely salty and had no other flavor. The jerk was not “jerking” at all. The cheese was not properly melted, and most of the macaroni wasn’t even covered. I tried to save the food by adding seasonings and fully melting the cheese, but it didn’t resuscitate it. The saltiness ruined everything. I almost never waste food because everything is expensive, so I usually eat meals even if they don’t taste great, but this one had to go back in the bag. I’m especially disappointed because this was my dinner. 1/10
The Cake At first, it had a boxed cake flavor. The texture was somewhere between dry and moist. It was sweet but didn’t really taste like chocolate. The icing seemed like store-bought boxed icing. The only good part was the back of the cake, which appeared to have a different icing and included some chocolate chunks. Overall: 6.75/10
In total: That’s 7.75/20 =0.3875*100 Final grade 38.75 and I will be generous and round it up to 39%.

Got the oxtail meal and oxtail with Rasta pasta overall the worst oxtail ever. Needs to be taken off the menu . Very dry with no flavor spent $80!! For food that is $10 quality. Drinks were diabetic. Makes me not want to ever eat oxtail again. Cashier was weird . Overall 0/10 need my refund

After seeing a video online, I decided to give it a try. It was definitely worth the trip the atmosphere the environment, the service and not to mention the food was awesome. I personally ordered shrimp Alfredo with oxtails and a side of mac & cheese. The best money I’ve ever spent I took a friend with me and he was surprised on how good the food was. I would definitely be hitting up the spot at least once a week. It’s a little pricey, but for what I’m getting definitely worth it.

Physically just left from this establishment twice, dried out frying of they're fish and severally under cooked fries. THIS IS A CONTINUING EXPERIENCE, SHUT THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
This is the best food I’ve ever had. I need to go back a couple more times to try everything on the menu. Great prices, great portions, great quality. Staff was super friendly, even corrected my order when I accidentally said it wrong outloud. Grateful and thankful they exist! (Candied yams were incredible ate them so fast forgot to take a photo)
