I want to love this place as a Bay Area native but it has consistency issues. When they get it right it’s delicious but the last couple times I’ve ordered burritos they’ve been dry, filled with mostly rice when there was supposed to be beans, pico de gallo, cheese, and sour cream.

The food is ok and it's close so we order from there a lot -- I'm sure we've ordered more than 50 times. Tonight we ordered three burritos and a quesadilla, and all three of the burritos were totally dry -- no cheese, no sour cream, no avocado. (We ordered one of them with no cheese.)
Fine, it happens, someone messes up. We ate the dry burritos -- we were hungry -- and then I called them and asked for a refund, and they told me they wouldn't do it unless we brought the burritos back so they could inspect them. I said "That's impossible, we've already eaten them," and they said "Sorry, no refund." Fantastic way to treat your customers.
Also the chicken is lousy.

Great food but the vegetarian options are kind of lacking. Unsure if the beans are vegetarian or not but the vegetarian options are marked up a couple dollars for some reason so you have to pay extra to not have any meat.

When I was on a business trip in September, I had B'klyn Burro delivered to my hotel room. I decided to go for a burrito with steak and chicken, along with some guacamole and chips. The burrito was phenomenal, and reminiscent of the original gigantic sized burritos they used to have at Qdoba. That being said, this version was better than any other burrito I've had across the US. It was packed to the brim and I couldn't even finish the whole thing in one go- I ended up only having half and saving the rest for later. Incredibly flavorful and delicious. I would highly recommend trying this place out!!
Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy and egg allergy and they took extra care to ensure there wasn't any cross contamination.

Decent SF styled Mexican joint. Been in NYC for a few weeks and were craving a taste of home. Had the El Bandido burrito. Solid size, nice tortilla, but the flavor was a bit lacking. The escabeche/pickled jalapeños stood out as their brightness contrasted the rest of it. Beans and rice lacked a bit of salt and the pork in the chile verde was a touch dry and also lacking in a bit of salt and flavor as well as pork fat. Burrito lacked a bit of that greasy richness the best ones in the bay have.
That said, the chips, guac, salsa bar and service were solid. One issue is there wasn't a regular traditional pico de gallo, only one with mango from what I could see. Still probably one of the best burritos you can find in New York, though!

To start... I dont like bean and cheese burritos. They're typically gluey, bland or uinspired. This one, however, made me want to quit my job and try every bean and cheese burrito in America.
I got the picadillo burrito with everything on it and it was absolutely delectable. They give you little containers so you can choose your own sauces and the mango habanero is a must try.
Theres a lovely outdoor sitting area in the back but it was too packed to sit down. The music they were playing was lit.
They also give you a little baggie of tortilla chips and they are nice.
