Went in there and they acted like I didn’t exist but when another customer the white bald guy knew came in after he was ready to take his order. The pizza here isn’t even that great compared to others hence why their ratings are lower than other pizza places. Please don’t eat here.

Man this place used to be the bomb, real good real local Brooklyn pizza. Now, they cancel every order on the apps. They randomly shut down ordering on the apps too. For what it's worth, the Ralph Ave salad is the best salad I've gotten around here from a pizza place. C'mon guys.

I’m so glad to see I’m not the only one who has noticed a SANITARY issue with this pizza shop. Invest in gloves, or wash your hands every 30 secs. Im calling 311.
The first time I came to this establishment, the white older male who is slightly bald, prepared my pizza with his bare hands. Touching the crust & everyone’s pizza. I told him I do not respect that & wish to have another slice & to use gloves. He apologized, next 2 times I came he made sure to be clean. Today I come, & this other guy, dark hair, male between his mid 20s-30s. Starts touching all the pizza crust with no gloves, then literally wipes the back of his pants near his behind… I called out to the older bald male & told him this is an issue I already had with you guys & I do not respect this at all. I also see a younger woman with a neck tattoo taking orders, touching money, & prepping peoples pizza at the same time without a single glove or hand wash between tasks! Older bald male prepares my pizza & zepolis order, & decides to put the zepoli bag inside/on top of the pizza after I had this interaction with them so when I opened it it completely took all the cheese off…I’m sure that silly decision was not an accident. The service is poor here!
All I’ve been asking for is cleanliness, especially as flu season creeps up, COVID is still prevalent, & I just get looked at as if I’m crazy for asking for something as simple as gloves or frequent hand washing, as you guys have a sink in the front! Not good for BedStuy
Slice was decent, sandwich was overpriced garbage. Hard to believe anyone would look someone in the eye and hand them that. A bit embarrassing. Get a slice or go to the deli

The pizza is always hot and delicious. Been going since they first opened. However I took off a star because the guy who prepares slices is touching and handling them with his bare hands. Yeah, fire kills most bacteria but not all. It’s a sanitary issue that can easily be solved with gloves. Please tell him to wear gloves. I am thankful I’ve never gotten sick but others may not be that lucky.

I usually never have a problem ordering from here or stopping by!! The people inside and the young ladies that answer the phone are very polite and welcoming… BUT YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS HAVE GOT TO BE THE WORST I EXPERIENCED IN A LONG WHILE!! The last to delivery orders were a disaster I had one driver a grown man hitting on my minor daughter and the next driver today telling me waiting to minutes was too long for him he had another delivery around the corner!! SMH I’m over it I can’t take the unprofessional drivers back to pizzahut I go!! NEVER AGAIN
