If you’re relatively young (even if at heart ?) and you’re into tequila and dancing, this is your spot. Upstairs the bar was buzzing but not overcrowded, and basically every cocktail on the menu is tequila based, but made well. $10 cover on a Sat night - reasonable. Downstairs the jams of 90s freestyle pumped through the speakers while the smoke machine fogged up the not so big room making it seem oddly larger. The back of the dance area had a back section with underutilized...
I went here because I Googled "places for African American adults to party" and this place popped up. The only black heads in there were the ones on the people noses. Plus, there's a cover charge. If you're looking for a diverse crowd, this is not it.
