SERVICE came up short on the tech side of the experience. 1) The APP doesn’t allow for requests- ie the APP doesn’t allow for me to ask for extra crispy bacon; 2) the APP gives me an error code 400 when I click ‘pay’. Thus I have to place my order at the restaurant instead of in the APP. FOOD: the BEC is legit.

Amazing service, these guys are super lovely and accomodating. The place has good energy and vibes. I could customise my bagel with ease- they have good quality tasty ingredients and a variety of sophisticated options of e.g. cream cheese. Pastrami beef is incredibly succulent. Love their fruit shots at the counter too- organic and made locally. My fully customised loaded bagel came down to 9 dollars which was well worth it. Thank you!
