My brother and I visited Blanca to celebrate his graduation, and we couldn’t have made a better choice! We discovered this place through the NYT list, where Blanca is rated #2 in all of New York, and I cannot disagree! Everything was incredibly creative while being very cohesive; it’s hard to pick a favorite! The pairing was also incredible, and the service and ambiance were amazing. This place is for those who appreciate self expression in a form of food and sense of taste. The experience is fun if you are curious about food and enjoy trying to guess things out. What’s the ingredient that leaves that crazy flavor? How did the chef got to that dish? Every dish has a story.
