Paid for a large on two occasions recieved regular sized both times. Basically, not listening to a word I said. Shouldn't have to repeat myself if you're on the clock and competent. I overpaid for a decaf regular. Like I was being trafficked for surrogacy by the investors or something. That's a weird thing to do and laugh about it. My phone was phished hacked so I couldn't even get the points or complain on the app.

I so rarely go to Blank Street. I find most locations to be so underwhelming. But damn if this one isn’t just the best. Friendliest barista I’ve ever had at a Blank Street. Perfect hot chocolate, delicious banana bread. Not sure what the magic is here but it just feels different.
Had to throw away the latte. Undrinkable. Didn’t know it was possible to make undrinkable latte.

The matcha was amazing! I went last Friday, and the white guy with the buzz cut did such a great job he was super knowledgeable too. We even came back later to buy a matcha tin.
