Early March 2020 I had high intentions for Bloom Cafe. I mean I just knew I was gonna be a regular at BC come summer! Alas, God laughed loudly at my plans. Friends have been raving about Bloom Cafe since they opened up. "I said I would try it can you please stop asking me if I've been yet!?" After my first and only visit I get their exuberance. In a neighborhood of royalty, Bloom is Queen. Me, I rate everything when I visit a restaurant. With BC, if it were only the food they'd still be a solid five in my book. Thankfully, they've managed to nail it all. Easy to locate just on the Clinton Hill side of Fulton Street. Check. Cute, cozy spot? Check. Wonderful staff? Check. WiFi? Check. Back garden? Check. Fancy coffee (haha). Check. Delicious food! Check! (NB, I'm a Yelper but not too much of a foodie if that makes sense. I like what I like and will never in my wildest dreams claim an adventurous palate. Whenever I try something new I'm usually cajoled or forced -hey mummy-. BUT, BC has me rethinking my entire life). I had the beef. I don't usually order beef because I don't like it. But what do I know. It sounded so great the way it was explained to me and I felt tasting this had to be part of my destiny. When you visit, promise you'd try the beef. Unless you've got the capital 'V' on your chest. My friend had salmon. She almost licked her plate. She licked her fingers so that should count. I love Bloom Cafe. Oh yeah and they aren't pricey at all. The End.

Food was delicious, coffee was ok. I went back twice to see if my second experience would be better. The first time my pour over was only filled about 3/4 way and it was cold. Not luke warm but seriously cold. I microwaved it when I got back to my place. Can you imagine microwaving a pour over?! The two girls working the front seemed to be more interested in their conversation than my order. I should have offered to make it myself since it was just sitting there. Because of the corona virus I feel like I was ignored because I was Asian. There were about 4 other customers in there and they were rude to me. The second time I went it was a lot better. The young man working at the front was kind and attentive and even served our coffee and food to our table. The food is pretty good and coffee could be better but if the customer service was better I would have given 5 stars.

Get my coffee here every day! The staff are so welcoming and I look forward each day to walking in and being greeted with a smile or a wave. Very fast and attentive staff. Good place to work for a few hours and the food is great too. Loads of healthy options. I love the oatmeal and avo toast but the chicken sandwich is next level delicious

A truly welcomed addition to the neighborhood. The space is bright, cozy and welcoming. We come here for breakfast pretty regularly, and it does not disappoint. The quesadilla is my go-to and large enough it can be shared. I'd also recommend the avocado toast, the omelette, the egg sandwich but lemme stop here before I list the whole menu. And let me not forget the home fries... Staff is friendly and accommodating and their coffee is tasty plus they always have good tunes, creating an awesome vibe. Plus, dear readers, they have a wonderful backyard and WiFi #swoon. So do yourself a favor and check out Bloom. Now given this glowing review (do you feel that glow?!), let's hope it doesn't get soooooo crowded that we can't get our favorite table on Sunday mornings.

Delightful. Tasty breakfast. I ordered the BLOOM OMELETTE & boy was it filling for my belly! The orange juice was bangin with it too... My lady had a simple Avocado toast with her usual coffee... they never went wrong with none of it ? Hiighly recommended

From a welcoming atmosphere to prompt, fast baristas who never seem to get overwhelmed, Bloom is worth adding to your "stop-in-when-youre-passin-by" list. A number of healthy, filling dishes line the menu and the quality of the tea, coffee and smiles in this place keeps me comin' back again and again. Cheers.

Pleasant and friendly staff, quality food items and coffee. Music is tasteful and not noticeably opinionated (probably the best way to be for a coffee shop with freelance work WiFi / potential).

Cool vibes. Went in to use the bathroom and ended up ordering some peppermint tea. Was greeted in a friendly manner by the staff, and the wait time was pretty short. Great vibes and chill atmosphere.

They have THE BEST egg sandwich I've ever had, and I don't even like eggs. It's pricy and they don't give many chips sometimes, (once I got fries though and they were amazing) but it is well worth it. So so good and the atmosphere is really nice

The coffee here is fine. The food here is not great. The atmosphere is whatever. Problem is, you pay for it all like you would at a much better cafe. Bread is store bought sliced white bread. Veggies kind of taste like refrigerator. It's basically glorified bodega food.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch! Lots of nice coffees and teas too. Delicious food and friendly, warm service. Very clean too. Five of us went for first time today and we all agreed we would go back. Two of us had the steel cut oats, one an egg sandwich, an omelet and another the avocado toast with poached egg. All so good and fresh. And our order was taking a little long so they gave us super delicious fresh, hot biscuits. Really sweet of them to do that and soooooo yummy. Highly recommend going to Bloom Cafe.

Wow, now this deserves a 5 truly. Clinton hill has such a gem. The backyard was my absolute favorite and was empty in the morning. The inside is small but plenty of seats. Get a latte and an egg sandwich. You won't regret it at all, prices are high though but that's nyc

My new favorite cafe in Brooklyn! The staff was friendly and helpful and I don't usually like hot coffee, but their hot mocha is amazing! So cute and the backyard is adorable!! Wish I could find my photos of the back
