I'll start with the good - the burgers and shakes are delicious, if three bites of a burger does you, this is your spot. Now, I'll move on to the annoying. I don't know what the trend is that many of these incredible shrinking fast foods places have going on, as they seem to think that their customers won't notice there is basically no food in their food. The Blue Collar burgers are so thin, you would think you were eating a fine slice of processed burger salami....
Blue collar solidly stands among the great no-frills burger joints in Brooklyn. It is one of my favorite places for comfort food. I would love to give them a perfect rating, the only reason I don't is because when I get it delivered they almost always forget the drinks or shakes.
From the moment I stepped into Blue Collar, I was greeted by the exquisite, fresh aroma of what could only be described as an exceptional local burger. The gentleman behind the counter welcomed me with genuine warmth—something rare and refreshing in today’s fast-paced culture. The entire experience was outstanding; the service was timely, and the personal touch of being called by name made it feel truly special.
