Problem is they 1 guy making all the burgers and they get hit up all at once with a bunch of orders. It's always same time of the day. Maybe Hire someone to help make the burgers faster.
This is a great burger spot. I ordered chicken tenders, fries, and a single stack cheeseburger. Very yummy and fresh. None of what I ordered was steeped in grease, or over cooked, overly salty which made me feel great after eating my meal. I liked how it was no frills and just straight fresh ingredients and packaging. Since I wasn’t going home I did not order a shake but I would like to come back and try one! As well as their hot dogs! The guy taking orders was really nice...
Wow, I just ordered from Blue Collar for the first time. I didn’t even know that they existed before tonight, incredible a nice freaking burger, awesome sauces & the onion rings are on point. My wife & son loved the chicken tenders. They both said delicious. My son said the shake is “omg, so good” perfect thickness.
Highly recommend, nice surprise. We did delivery so I don't know how the physical space is. Food arrived hot.
