I just ate their signature Mexican Sandwich with chorizo, bread, Chipotle mayo, avocado, pico de galo, tomatoes, lettuce, Mexican red hot sauce, fries, wow, best Mexican sandwich ever! So filling, fresh and incredible service. If you ever happen to be in this area, Blue Corn is amazing. 10/10 -Thank you for your service!

Hands down, some of the best food and drinks I’ve had recently! If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place. The service was impeccable. Our glasses were never empty, and the food arrived promptly. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Definitely worth every penny!

What a treasure. Not only is the staff amazing and friendly, the food is delicious! The nachos are a perfect example of how nachos should be. Order them and you will not be disappointed. My first visit is my first of many. I can’t wait to try their brunch. But don’t tell too many people. I don’t want a bathroom line. Blue Corn is now in my fave list.
